276: Loveducks

I posted on my Facebook wall the photo of the mallard ducks walking in a seemingly “couple-in-love” kind of way and it got a lot of attention from my friends (a.k.a. FB like).  I even got an email from a high school friend who really fell in love with the photograph that she wanted to use it for a postcard she plans to send out as an informal invitation to her wedding!  It reminded her of a quotation from Henry van Dyke: “Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.”  I’m glad I can be a part of a love that is soon to be sealed by the bonds of marriage through this photograph. 🙂
